1.What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwild including USA/Canada/Austrilia/United  Kindom/Germany/France/Spain/Japan/South Korea and so on(including whole European countries and Asia Countries)

2.When will my order be shipped out?

We are committed to shipping out your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.You will receive a confirmation letter with tracking number once it's shipped. 

3.How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by location:

• USA/Canada: 5-12 business days after dispatch.
• UK/Germany/France/Itay/Spain(and other European countries) : 6-10 business days after dispatch.
• Japn/South Korea/Malaysia/Singapore(and other Asia countries): 5-10 business days
• Austrilia/New Zealand: 6-10 business days
• Other countries: 7-12 business days

4.Will I need to pay any tariffs or extra fees for my orders?

There will be no additional fees required upon delivery, all duties and tariffs are fully covered by us.

6.What if I have received a damaged item?

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to

s1034482402@gmail.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.
